Meet our Doctors

Sanna Gough, DVM, DACVECC

Staff Veterinarian

Emergency & Critical Care

I grew up in Georgia and moved around the East Coast for my education, completing my veterinary degree at Tufts University in Massachusetts. After spending time in Boston for my internship, I returned to Georgia for a residency in emergency and critical care.

I’ve wanted to be a veterinarian since childhood, but I became passionate about emergency and critical care during vet school when I discovered the complexity and variety of critical cases. My areas of special interest include sodium regulation, sepsis, and mentoring new doctors in the field.

Outside of the hospital, I enjoy reading, traveling, knitting, and spending time with my rescue dog (Luna) and cat (Milo).
